Lace and Denim

Hi friends, hope you had a lovely weekend!

I love this dress, but rarely wear it, because the color and style of it feels a bit dressy, but I decided to wear it anyway, because clothes are meant to be worn! I topped the dress with a denim vest to make it a bit more casual.

Let's make this week a great one!

I do agree - clothes are meant to be worn! And denim makes this look perfectly summery casual.

I agree, every item deserves to be worn! I like how you made this casual by adding the denim jacket and it even has a 80's vibe to it! :)

Thanks lady! I guess it does have an 80's feel, never even thought of that!

I think the denim vest was the PERFECT way to dress down this outfit a bit!  And man oh man, if those shoes don't look like the heel is too high for me to traipse around school in, I would snatch them up in an instant!

Very fresh, Shen.  Those shoes are HOT.

Thanks lady! My shoes are a bit tall, but surprisingly comfortable! But you're right, they wouldn't work for excessive walking around a school campus.
