I don't wear this skirt often, but I can't usually decide what top to pair it with.  This time around I went "matchy" and wore it with a navy top and heels.  I also belted up the skirt to make it midi length rather than it's normal ankle length which is hard to pull off at my height but I can't bare to alter this vintage skirt.

I'm determined to get a few more wears out of this loudly colored maxi skirt before

I retire it for the season in order to embrace cooler weather colors and prints.  I'm loving summery maxis skirts so much that I'll definitely hunt for a couple to wear this fall on my next swapping or thrifting trip.  Stay tuned for my complete fall wish list soon.

The weather in DC has been a bit unpredictable this spring, so I've only recently unpacked some of my spring clothing.  This maxi dress worn as a skirt was one of the items I unpacked.  I had forgotten how much I liked this maxi purchased a few years ago in New York.   I've gotten my wardrobe to the point where I truly love the majority of the items I own and don't mind rotating them regularly.  This maxi is a favorite that will go back into heavy rotation as it has since I purchased it in New York a few years ago.
