I don't have much to say about my outfit today, but I will say, that my thoughts are with all of the veterans out there today especially the special veteran in my life, my 94-year-old grandfather.

Swap Luck

I've had "swap luck" lately and have gotten a few items at recent clothing swaps I've attended that I like including this sweater.  Some of my favorite clothing items collected over the past year have come from swaps.  Swapping obviously isn't a new concept, but I'm happy its gained popularity.  DC has an abundance of individual people and organizations that put on awesome swaps. I sure hope my "swap luck" continues.

Color Jolt

For the past two weeks I've given up caffeine (for a 30 day personal challenge), so I rely on my clothes to give me a colorful jolt instead of reaching for a Starbucks brew for a caffeine jolt.  I miss coffee though I could live without it indefinitely, but I would never take a hiatus from wearing colorful clothes.
