Hi Friends! Burlington Coat Factory contacted me about participating in a holiday style challenge. As a girl on a budget, I am quite familiar with the store. They provided me with a $100 gift card to create a holiday look and also gave me a second $100 giftcard to raffle to you lovely readers!
I went to a nearby Burlington in Maryland and perused the store for my items. I was a little nervous about finding shoes that fit me but I managed to find a pair in my size. I basically built my outfit around my shoes and came up with a New Year’s eve look. The skirt is a bit shorter than what I’d normally wear, but overall, I like the look. I had my heart set on adding a topper of some sort to my look, but didn’t see one that worked with the pieces I picked.

I haven't decided what I'm wearing yet -- sequins are a good idea. I have a gray tank with sequins, or a bright blue tank and sweater with sequins. I have black velvet pants. I think I'll be good to go in those.

Honestly when i saw the assembly i was a bit scared cause i was worried that u might not pull the look off because they seem a bit shiny but OMG u look so amazing and i sincerely believe they cost under a $100 dollar because i get great deals for $100 and less all the time at BCF

I love this look! Especially the sequined skirt, but the top is awesome too. I love feather print. I'm traveling, so I'm planning on wearing some versatile neutrals with bold jewelry. ReplyDeleteIt was nice and warm, so I wore a patterned black and white skirt, black shrug, and black tee. Appropriate for both partying and church (I went out on the 1st, not the 31st :).
